Merry go Sound (2009)

Merry go Sound (2009)

Merry go-Sound is a piece of work composed of three stools producing sound when they turn. When a viewer sits on a stool, the audience can hear the sound which the stool makes. Stools are interconnected with each other via a program, so that those stools influence on each sound. Even though we sit on the stool (and face each other) for conversation, sometimes we experience the silence while spinning the stool. At this time, merry go Sound becomes a music instrument playing the moment, we accomplish mise-en-scene as a performer and an audience.
